Dr. Rylan Bennett

Pediatric Dentist

DDS, Cert. Pediatric Dentistry

Dr. Rylan Bennett was born and raised in a small farming community in southern Alberta. He completed a Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Lethbridge and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry in Richmond, Virginia.

After dental school, Dr. Bennett and his family traveled across the ocean to the Hawaiian Islands to complete specialty training in Pediatric Dentistry. When he was not surfing, getting sunburned, or building sandcastles on the beach, Dr. Bennett treated underserved Keiki (Hawaiian word for children) at community health centers on Oahu, Maui, Lanai, and the Big Island. He was selected to be the Chief Resident and felt the culture and spirit of aloha as he developed positive relationships with his patients and their Ohanas (families).

Dr. Bennett and his wife Lindsey have two daughters who love going to the beach and enjoy watching the Disney movie “Moana” with their dad. The Bennett family also love spending time outdoors playing softball, soccer, hiking, and golfing. While they were sad to leave the sunshine behind, they are very excited to be back at home in Alberta.
